DoodleExpert exists because most dog advice is written for Labradors or spaniels and simply relabelled. Poodle crosses are cleverer, more sensitive and higher-maintenance than the internet suggests. We publish the calm, specific, evidence-led guidance their owners actually need.

Eleanor has spent twelve years training Poodle crosses — first as a puppy-class instructor in London, then as a behaviour consultant specialising in the clever, sensitive, occasionally chaotic dogs we call Doodles.
She founded DoodleExpert after one too many owners arrived at class with advice meant for other breeds. Every guide on this site is written or reviewed by qualified trainers and checked against current veterinary guidance before it is published.
Our training courses are produced with our partner Rebarkable, whose force-free methods match our own. Everything else on this site is editorially independent.
