Dog’s that is considered to be on the larger end can have multiple strawberries at once but we still think is best to cut them in pieces just to avoid choking hazard from happening.

Are Canned Strawberries Safe For Cavapoos?

We don’t think it would be a good idea to feed your cavapoo strawberries in canned. This is just a No! You should avoid doing so at all cost because these are normally packed in syrup or has been sugared. These are usually loaded with excess sugar and strong calories that your canine will have a hard time digesting.

Apart from that canned food usually contain additives such as artificial sweetener including xylitol. Xylitol is considered to be so dangerous that it can be deadly to your dog. This is why we don’t recommend giving your dog strawberries in canned.
